Jessica of WE Fit Wellness got our Tuesday Seniors’ group moving this week.

This week Jessica Beecham led a workouq for our Tuesday morning Seniors group.  It’s part of our partnership with WE Fit Wellness. To stay healthy, we gotta keep moving!
