We wanted to remind you to RSVP by Monday, November 28 so we can plan for food. For those who won’t be able to be at CCB in person next Friday, we will also have a Zoom event on Tuesday, Dec. 6. Details are below. Whichever works for you, we hope you will come and give Chip a great send-off as he moves on to the next chapter of his life!

Dance From the Heart – FAST Activity

February 18, 2023The excitement of Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to end on the 14th! Let’s keep the fun going and your heart throbbing with our next FAST event: “Dance From the Heart”! Join the Colorado Center for the Blind while we practice our dance moves and create fun tactile arts and crafts with our resident tactile art instructor.
Parents, we didn’t forget about you either! Join blind parents/mentors to learn how to make chores and other household tasks completely accessible through non-visual techniques. We’ll even give you the opportunity to practice these techniques yourself using learning shades.
Sorry kids, once your parents have proven to themselves you can do it, expectations are going to change! (smile)
