It’s rock-climbing time again! The Colorado Center for the Blind is hosting another spring rock climbing experience for blind youth in Clear Creek Canyon on Saturday, May 16!
This ain’t no indoor climbing wall. Take on the challenge of climbing the rock with the rushing sounds of clear Creek nearby. Whether it’s your first time or you’re ready to best your old record, this is your chance to challenge yourself and have a blast doing it!
Registration is limited to blind and low vision youth, though parents and guardians are welcome to come along and enjoy a hike or bike ride.
What to bring:
- Lunch and/or snacks
- Plenty of water
- Sunscreen
- Loose fitting pants (you will not be able to climb if you wear shorts)
- Your best “I’ve got this!” attitude
